Feedback & Complaints
I welcome feedback about people’s experiences of working with me. Feedback can help improve communication, accessibility, and the overall experience of support.
If something has not felt right, has been unclear, or could have been handled differently, I encourage people to raise this where possible. Open communication is welcomed, and feedback will not negatively affect support.
Informal Feedback
Many concerns can be resolved through discussion and reflection together. I aim to approach feedback respectfully, thoughtfully, and in a neuro-affirming way.
You are welcome to contact me directly by email:
Formal Complaints
If you wish to make a formal complaint, please contact me in writing outlining the nature of your concerns.
I will acknowledge complaints as soon as possible and aim to provide a response within an appropriate timeframe.
